3Field workers or office staff create new work tickets to log tasks, hours, materials used, and client details. Each ticket captures key information for tracking and accountability.
4Supervisors or admins review submitted tickets, verify details, and approve or request revisions. This ensures accuracy and maintains a transparent workflow across projects.
5Clients securely review the completed work through their unique ticket link. They can add comments and provide a digital signature to confirm completion and satisfaction.
6Once the client signs off, the ticket is finalized and marked complete. The signed record is stored for documentation, reporting, and billing—ensuring smooth project closeout.
